Partnership with Bethel Korean Presbyterian Church in Ellicott City, MD

As of November 2025, FWIA Initiative has established a strategic partnership with Bethel Korean Presbyterian Church in Ellicott City, Maryland (https://www.bethelchurch.org/). Bethel is one of the largest Korean congregations on the East Coast and already has a strong foundation in workplace ministry developed by its leadership.

This new partnership with the FWIA Initiative at TEDS will further strengthen Bethel’s faith and work training for its young adult members, helping them discover the missional implications of their work and understand the meaning of their daily vocations as God’s people.

Dr. Hyo-Seok Lim, a TEDS PhD in Intercultural Studies and a pastor at Bethel Korean Presbyterian Church, will lead the faith and work training for the next generation in collaboration with the FWIA Initiative at TEDS.
