MISSION
The Faith and Work Institute for All Nations (FWIA) at the Paul G. Hiebert Center exists to catalyze positive transformation in the workplace by equipping Christian workers with biblically grounded and contextually relevant resources that address the missional challenges of the 21st century. FWIA seeks to empower local diaspora churches and global churches to theologically and missiologically equip their congregants as God’s missionary force in the workplace.
Originally founded by Dr. Yoonhee Kim (PhD in Old Testament, 1995) as Faith and Work Institute Asia, FWIA has grown into one of the largest workplace mission organizations in South Korea, providing faith and work-related training to 10,000 Christians across various sectors, including 1,000 pastors.
In 2024, FWIA and TEDS established a strategic partnership to develop additional faith and work content aimed at engaging diaspora churches in the United States and expanding its reach to global churches beyond Asia.
